For Land Lords of Shivamogga.

Tired of paying hefty commissions to real estate agents just to find a decent tenant?

You're not alone.

😤 The Real Struggles Landlords Face with Brokers in Shivamogga

• Commission cuts - agents often charge a full month's rent (or more) as brokerage, eating into your first month's income
• Unverified tenants - brokers rush deals to close fast, sometimes bringing you tenants they haven't properly checked
• Endless waiting - your property sits empty for weeks while the agent "finds the right match," costing you rent every single day
• No control - you don't get to talk to interested tenants directly, everything goes through the broker, and details get lost or twisted
• Repeat costs - every time a tenant moves out, you're back to square one, paying commission all over again
• Hidden games - some brokers show your property to tenants but push them toward other listings that pay a bigger cut
